We tried it... PuraEPA

EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) is an omega-3 essential fatty acid found in fish oil which has been shown scientifically to help significantly in treating mood disorders such as depression, SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), concentration and difficult behaviours.

We tried PuraEpa by Mind1st in treating depression. The two main ingredients are EPA (300mg) and EPO (Evening Primrose Oil - 100mg) in a vegetable capsule. This is a unique product, as it not only has a high dose of EPA (90%), it also contains no DHA - which is much less effective in treating emotional imbalances.

These capsules were very easy to swallow due to their small size, and they left no fishy aftertaste. They were also quite palatable when broken open so that the contents could be directly swallowed.
